Chub A nice early Sanders pike in a bow front, gilt lined, case. Hand written label to top left of the case confirming caught by W.W.Thompson Thame Oxfordshire. The fish is approximately 8 to 10lb in weight and typical unmarked Sanders fish-almost certainly from the 1870s or 1880s.


Albie Hall mirror carp Huge Albie Hall mirror carp. Bow fronted, gilt lined case 41 1/2"by 21" by 11" Gold written "Found lower Maynard Reservoir, Walthamstow, August 1999" Cracking fish, not many 40lb carp in cases.


Rainbow Trout from Felindre Fishery A huge modern trout in a flat fronted case. Legend on the glass reads " RAINBOW TROUT 23lb 10 FELINDRE FISHERY". Case size 36" by 16" by 7". An impressive case of a fish from the famous Welsh fishery, great £ for lb fish.


Chub A Malloch of Perth display case. A rare tiny case by Malloch of Perth-no one can say that do not have room for a case like this. Better known for their larger specimen cases this is the smallest trout I have seen set up by them. Label bottom left in the case stating "Salmo Ferox 1 1/2lbs Caught in Loch Garry 22 July 1898".



A lovely small roach set in a flat fronted, gilt lined case (crack to side panel) by Homer-early case. Homer ‘pike’ trade label to bottom left of case-case 18” by 12” by 5”



A bream set in a bow fronted, gilt lined case by J S Cooper & Sons with label to top right stating “BREAM CAUGHT SEPT 7TH 1903 WEIGHT 3LBS 6OZS 2 DRMS”-lovely pre war case-case 24” by 14” by 7”
